AS A FRESHMAN (2006):
Member of the 2006 MPSF All-Freshman team scoring 15 goals and finishing with four goals in the MPSF Tournament...notched two goals against Pacific and two goals versus San Diego State in the MPSF postseason...selected to try out for the USA National Team along with former teammate Elsie Windes competing in FINA World League play
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL:
At Monte Vista High School, was a 2005 first-team All-American leading her high school to the 2004 and 2005 North Coast Section titles while earning first team All-East Bay Athletic League and All-North Coast Section honors...helped the Golden Bear Water Polo Club to a third place finish at the 2004 USA Junior National Championships and was a 2004 honorable mention All-American at the USA Senior National Championships...has been a member of the USA national team, the 2005 junior national team and was on the 2004 national youth team...father Peter was a standout water polo player at Cal, leading the Bears to the 1973 national title and earning All-America and NCAA Player of the Year honors...sister Julia played on the Cal women's soccer team...art major...parents are Peter and Jill Schnugg...born February 4, 1987, in Stanford, Calif.
