Scored her first goal as a Golden Bear against Indiana (2-3-07)...had a goal in the 14-5 win over UCSD (2-24-07)...contributed two goals in the conference win over Long Beach State (3-11-07)...named to the Academic All-MPSF list...redshirted during the 2006 season

At Palo Alto High School, was three-time first-team All-Central Coast Section...four-time first-team all-league pick and SCVAL league MVP in 2003 and 2004...has been a member of several Junior Olympic All-America teams and was a 2004 Senior National Championship All-American...was the 2005 recipient of the Central Coast Section Scholar-Athlete Award...in swimming placed first in the SCVAL 100 freestyle in 2004...competed in the 200 and 400 free relay...helped her school to league titles in 2003 and 2004...comes from an athletic family as father Craig competed in track and field at Cornell and mother Barbara is in the Cornell Hall of Fame for ice hockey...sister Haley was a swimmer at Stanford and sister Laurel competed on the Cardinal's water polo team...undeclared major... parents are Craig and Barbara Champion...born January 7, 1987, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
