1. All Groups: Youth group members will receive game tickets upon entry into HAAS Pavilion (enter through the main doors) as a group only. Your entire group must enter together for free admittance. Please note the number of participants in your group that may require wheelchair seating. In addition, in order to receive your tickets, the amount listed on your roster must be as accurate as possible when arriving.

2. Group Leaders: Due to NCAA Rules, print out and and complete this form or sign up online by providing your contact information to reserve a spot for your group-all those attending must be listed on the roster in order to enter. The Cal Basketball "Come to College Day" is more popular than ever, and we want to make sure that your group will receive free tickets and take advantage of this special day. Reserve your spot by signing up now!

3. Once determined, please submit the names of each youth participant and up to one adult chaperone per 8 youth participants in advance (list in alphabetical order) and include your group's name, as both will be verified at entrance. Cal Athletics will confirm your request and provide more information to you via mail or email. The names of youth and chaperones who will attend must be submitted no later than Monday, January 28, 2008.

4. All Youth 12th grade and under are invited to participate.
